Returns and shipping policies

SHIPPING:

For popular tools and materials that are in stock and the items that we make at Tucson, AZ studio, we make every attempt to ship orders within 2-3 business days of order placement.

Other items that are not in Tucson, we make an order to Japan as soon as I receive an order. It may take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive to your place. Once the order increases, we will make two orders (1st day and the 15th of the month) to Japan.

Momokoya ships items via USPS priority mail, which normally takes up to 3-5 business days within the continental US.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Momokoya is currently using USPS priority mail international shipping.

Momokoya is charging flat rate of $55.00 for small to medium box.

Please be aware that the shipping cost on international packages does not include Duty, Customs Adjustments or VAT. In some cases, importing countries will charge fees, tariffs and taxes, and will require that you pay them before you can receive your items. Momokoya takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for these charges, or for the amount charged. If you would like an estimate of the amount that may be charged, contact the customs department in your country.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

We do not offer cash back or refunds on non-defective items, however we are happy to accept exchanges.

Please review our terms for exchanges:

Exchanges are only available for full price items.
Sale items, special orders, and custom-made to your specifications are not refundable or cannon be exchanged.
Exchanges or returns must be made within 15 days of purchase.
Products must be unused and have original tags attached.
We reserve the right to determine if an item is in original condition.
